Applications:
Zirconium Silicate Ceramic Beads is used for surface cleaning of rubber and plastic molds, castings, boiler and heat exchanger parts, shot peening of components and also in nuclear reactor components like exchanger tube plates prior to welding.
Zirconium Silicate Ceramic Beads is also used for deburring locks and lock components and surface preparation of stainless steel parts used in the food industries.

Technical principle :
YuLi Zirconium Silicate Ceramic Beads is manufactured by electric/thermal fusion of oxides. The internal structure is made up crystalline ceramic phase bonded by an amorphous silica phase resulting in high impact properties coupled with good hardness.
